All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when collecting your vehicle. This agreement outlines specific terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your obligations during the rental period. In cases of discrepancy between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the latter will prevail.

Vehicle Rental Requirements

A valid driving licence that meets the requirements stated in the Rental Agreement is required, along with current identification and proof of residence. Booking and Payment Options
- Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or directly at our Bath location. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. Full payment, along with a security deposit, is usually required upon vehicle pick-up. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, ensuring secure processing through trusted payment providers.
4. Pickup and Drop-off Locations
- At the time of vehicle collection, it is important to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage to our staff immediately. A vehicle condition report will be recorded and signed by both parties. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing only for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be evaluated and charged as necessary. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at collection; refueling fees will apply for returns with less fuel. If you anticipate a late return, contact us promptly to avoid potential additional charges. During the rental period, you are liable for any parking fines, traffic violations, or other charges, along with a small administration fee.
5. Coverage and Responsibility

Optional insurance may be available to minimize your financial responsibility. Review these options carefully, as you are liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess amount, unless you opt for additional coverage. Damage resulting from negligence or misuse is your responsibility, regardless of any insurance provisions.
Cancellation and Modifications

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses in Bath
- Prohibited activities include using the vehicle for illegal purposes, engaging in racing, rallying, or off-roading, and transporting hazardous materials. Sub-letting or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and operating the vehicle outside specified geographical boundaries without consent are also prohibited.
